河网水闸智能调度辅助决策模型研究

摘    要:为了充分发挥水闸的运用效益,针对河网水闸综合管理中的水闸智能群控关键问题,借助人工神
经网络和河网非恒定流数学模型技术,构建了一种河网水闸智能调度辅助决策模型.它的基本框架由水闸
神经网络调度模型和河网非恒定流数值仿真模型组成,其中,水闸调度模型用来输出调度方案,数学模
型用来提供调度预案和对输出调度方案进行模拟检验.河网水闸智能调度辅助决策模型在上海市浦东新区
河网上的运用结果表明,该模型可以较好地满足群闸智能调度需求,能解决浦东新区这样大型复杂河网
的水闸智能控制问题,从而为内陆河网水闸综合管理提供有效的决策支持.

Abstract:For improving sluices' functions adequately,an intelligent operation aided decision-making model of sluices in river networks was presented in this paper through artificial neural networks(ANN) and river networks unsteady flow mathematical model,to achieve intelligent control of sluiles which is a key problem of integrated management of sluices in river networks.Its basic framework consists of sluices operation model based ANN and numerical simulation model of unsteady flow in river networks.The sluices operation model is used to output operation plan and the mathematical model is used to provide operation cases and to check operation plan.This intelligent operation aided decision-making model of sluices in river networks was applied successfully to Pudong New Area's river networks in Shanghai City.Investigation results indicated that the model can satisfy well the requirement of sluices' intelligent operation,provides a new idea for intelligent control and decision-making support of sluices in continental river networks.
