摘    要:燃煤热电厂输灰管道结垢问题已严重影响火电厂的正常运行,其中管道内壁平均要两年酸洗一次,成本很高,环境污染和管道腐蚀均比较严重.为解决这些问题,本文以机械、电气、液压技术为基础,运用控制理论,设计管道清洗器,实现机械方法的除垢.该方法无污染、无腐蚀,而且能够实现在不停机的情况下在线清洗.

Abstract:The scale forming of ash-transporting pipeline of heat power plant influences the running of thermal power plant seriously. The pipeline wall need pickle every two years, which result in high costs, environmental pollution and pipeline corrosion. A pipeline washing device was designed based on machinery, electric apparatus and hydraulic pressure technology, which realizes the scale removal with mechanical method. The method has no pollution and corrosion, can realize online washing of pipeline in case of not shutting down.
