| 摘 要： | 本文主要从自扫描光电二极管列阵SSPD的电路设计、版图结构、工艺和材料等几个方面,研究了导致这种图像传感器视频输出信号呈现非均匀性的种种原因,提出了解决问题的措施。提高了SSPD器件CL128、CL256的均匀性,其视频输出信号不均匀性NV由小于±10％提高到±7％。

| Abstract: | The causes of nonhomogeneity of the video output for SSPD(self- scanning photodiode array)are studied with respect to circuit design,pattern con- figuration,fabricaton technology and materials.Several methods for increasing homogeneity of the video output of CL128 and CL256 are proposed. |
