| Abstract: | Achieving the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry is the inevitable choice of the tourism industry develops to a certain stage in Xinxiang . This topic starts with the background of the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry in Xinxiang, then analyse the factors which restrict the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry in Xinxiang, and put forward the countermeasures and suggestion. |
