强电类高职人才培养模式实践与探索

为了进一步提高高职高专院校强电类毕业生的就业质量,提出一种"校企结合、工学交替、双证融通"的人才培养模式。通过筛选合适企业,强化学校与企业的合作广度和深度,以双证融通构建课程内容,采用"实践—理论—再实践"的工学交替方式,提高学生的综合素质和技术水平。

Practice and Exploration of the New Training Mode of Power Related Majors

In order to improve the employment rate and employment quality among the vocational college graduates majoring in strong current programs, this thesis proposes a talent training mode, in which students will be trained with the assistance of enterprises, the internships integrated into theory learning and fusion of requirements of both diplomas and certificates. By enhancing the cooperation between colleges and enterprises that are strictly selected, linking and blending the program courses on the basis of diplomas and certificates, and taking alternating pattern of practice--theory learning--practice, the comprehensive qualities and skills of the students will be accordingly improved.
