| 摘 要： | 深化多样化人才培养模式,对多样化人才培养模式的改革与创新已经成为高等院校日益关注的视域和高等院校研究的新课题,也是高等教育发展的必然选择,既满足了对学生人性化的要求,也满足了社会对人才多样化的需求,文章分析了多样化人才培养模式的内涵,对多样化人才培养模式的必要性、多样化人才培养模式的改革与创新进行了探索。

| Abstract: | Deepening the study on talent cultivation mode the reform and innovation of diverse talent cultivation mode has been a growing concern and new subject in higher education this are area will not only meet the Students requirements for humane eduCation,but also meet the Social demands for diverse talents This paper analyzes both the Connotation and the necessity of talent eultiation mode, and then explores the ways for reforming and innovating of diverse talent culivation mode. |
