| 摘 要： | 从社会主义市场经济的建立给内陆大城市带来的机遇及市场特性（市场的动态性、市场的二重性）出发，具体分析了西安地区银行、企业、高校的历史和现状。并就银行、企业、高校的合作模式和运行机制，从合作基础、投入形式、合作方式及合作运行等方面进行了初步探索，提出了融银行、企业、高校于一体的风险投资实业实体的合作模式。

| Abstract: | Starting from opportunities and market characteristics (market dynamic andtwo poles characteristics) brought by socialist market economy being established for biginland cities, histories and present situations of banks, enterprises and universities in Xi'anare concretely analyzed. Cooperative modes and operative mechanisms among banks,enterprises and universities in respect to input forms,cooperative basis and methods etc. are initially explored and a cooperative mode integrating banks, enterprises and universities intoa risky investment entity is put forward. |
