低温试验系统中露点温度控制的节能技术

摘    要:通过对低温系统露点温度控制技术的分析,指出该控制模式存在的不足,提出采用露点模式和时间程序模式相结合的露点节能控制模式,对空气的干燥度和使用工况进行监控,从而实现对低湿度干燥空气的露点温度的智能监控。经比较,露点节能控制模式明显优于单纯的时间程序控制模式。

Abstract:By analyzed dew point temperature control technique of low temperature system, shortage was indicated, and dew point ,saving energy control mode was put forward to watching and controlling dry degree and using condition of air, which was integrated dew point mode with time program mode. Energy wasting was compared to the two control mode,pointed out that dew point control mode evidently precede single time program control mode, and a new measuring and controlling means was provided to dew point control of low temperature system.
