船体用钢奥氏体晶粒度显示方法

摘    要:通过在不同热侵蚀温度下进行的奥氏体晶粒显示试验,表明能显示出船体用钢奥氏体清晰晶界的关键是在保证试样充分淬透(冷却介质为:干冰+100g/LNaCl水溶液)的前提下,将其放置于侵蚀剂(5g苦味酸+100mI。冷水+10mL洗涤剂+7滴双氧水)中热侵蚀,并一定要控制热侵蚀温度的恒定,同时根据成分的变化,适当调整其温度和时间。

Abstract:Through the austenitic grain display test in different heat corrosive temperature, it states that the key to display a clear boundary of the austenite grain in the hull steel is that: based on fully quenched (cooling medium is dry ice and 100 g/L NaC1 solution), the sample is heat eroded in erosion agent (5 g of picric acid d+ 100 mL cold water + 10 mL detergent +seven drops of hydrogen peroxide) with the constant temperature. At the same time, the heat erosion temperature and time are adjusted appropriately according to the changes in components.
