摘    要:长沙矿冶研究院选矿中间试验厂的设备类型多、数量大,对水量和水压的要求严格且差异甚大。针对这些特点,采取按设备对洪水的不同要求进行分类组合和分类供水的方式,以确保选厂的水量、水压要求;特别是选用住宅小区给水管网的水力计算方法,在于、支管段管径计算中通过秒流量不均匀系数的引入,克服了选厂普遍存在的管径偏小的缺陷。

Abstract:In view of the features of the concentration pi lot plant,Changsha Research Institute for Mining and Metallurgy, such as a great variety and number of equipment,a strict and different requirements of water volume and pressure,a classified water supply system was adopted to meet the various requirements mentioned above. Through introducing the hydraulic calculation method used for the calculation of water supply network of neighbourhood and involving the coefficient of irregularity of flow per second into the calculation of diameters of main and branch pipes,the common problem,that the smaller pipe diameter had been selected for the concentrator, was solved.
