松茸菌与鸡枞菌超微粉碎提取多糖

摘    要:采用超微粉碎技术对松茸菌、鸡枞菌进行微粉加工 ,用 H2 SO4 -苯酚法测定其中多糖的含量。研究表明 ,超微粉碎与普通粉碎的松茸菌、鸡枞菌的多糖提取量比普通粉碎提高 4~ 5倍。

Abstract:Tricholoma matsutake and termitomyces albuminosus were processed using the uitrmicro pulverization method and the contents of polysaccharides in the samples were determined by the H 2SO 4 phenyl hydrate colorimetry method. The results showed that the extration efficency was about 5 times higher by the uitrmicro pulverization method than by the grinding method.
