摘    要:以现场失效的牙轮钻头滑动轴承解剖分析为依据 ,从理论上分析了其磨损失效过程 ,然后分析了影响牙轮钻头滑动轴承失效的主要因素 :摩擦系数、轴承配合接触表面压力的大小和分布以及相对运动速度等。最后对经典的混合摩擦滑动轴承的失效校核条件进行了改进 ,针对低速重载的牙轮钻头滑动轴承的特殊工况 ,提出了一种度量其失效的新判据。该判据的理论依据是牙轮钻头滑动轴承的局部摩擦能量损失不能超过其材料所规定的能量集度。

Abstract:Based on an investigation in the damaged sliding bearing on a rock bit, the process of the bearing failure is analyzed, and the main factors influencing the failure of the bearing is discussed, including friction coefficient, surface contact pressure and its distribution and relative speed between two contact surfaces. The classical failure criterions of the compound friction sliding bearing are finally improved, and a new criterion is presented, which can be used as a basis of failure of sliding bearings in roller bit under special low speed and heavy load conditions. The theoretical basis of this criterion is the energy loss of local friction is lower than the specific energy of its material failure.
