MgO粉末粒度分布测定

摘    要:为了寻找热电池电解质用材料氧化镁粉末粒度分析的最佳条件,获得比较准确的比表面积,对准确选择使用氧化镁提供实验依据,本文中采用沉降原理用CAPA-700型离心沉降粒度分析仪对不同的氧化镁粉末进行粒度分布测定,实验发现以甲醇为分散介质,库尔特IIA作表面活性剂,选用离心沉降方式,控制测量时间在6 ̄180s条件下,测得的结果与LS230激光粒度分析仪所测数据做对比,结果相对比较接近。

Abstract:In order to finding the optimization condition of particle analyse of MgO powder using in thermal batteries electrolyte ,attaining the exacter specfic,and offering testing basis for choosing MgO accurately, the sedimentation principle was adopted to measure the particle size distribution of different MgO powder samples by the HORIBA CAPA-700 centrifugal sedimentation particle size distribution analyzer. From the test outcome, it was found that the optimization condition for MgO powder particle size distribution was choose carbinol as dispersed medium,Coulter IIA as superficial dispersant,and centrifugal sedimentation method. The measurement result very approach to the measure data by the LS230 later diffraction analyzer.
