摘    要:研究了在智能CAD系统SIGRAPH-DESIGN环境下进行机构装配设计的途径,给出了概念设计、装配设计和零件设计的一般方法,并以胶印机中凸轮一连杆机构为例,采用自顶向下的装配设计方法,建立了该机的设计模型,实现了运动仿真、结构仿真、工作点运动规律输出以及概念模型、装配模型和零件模型的联动设计,为进行设计创造了条件。

Abstract:The method of assembly design for mechanisms under an intelligent CAD environment--SIGRAPH-DESIGN is discussed. The process of conceptual design,assembly design and part design is described.And more,a mechanism model for cam-parallel rod in printing machine is set up by the use of top-down assembly design approach.The simulation for it's concept model and assembly model is made.The motion curve of output point can be obtained.And,the associativity among concept model,assembly model and part model is realized.The method suggesled will contribute well to concurrent design.
