同步电动机实际运行中的节能问题

摘    要:同步电动机实际运行中存在的主要问题:一是电动机长期工作在轻负载与欠励磁状态;二是电动机长期工作在重负载与额定过励磁状态.对于第一个问题,通过分析同步电动机的V形曲线,知道电动机的工作状态不合理,进一步找出了励磁装置方面的原因,并予以解决.对于第二个问题,通过实验得到不同励磁电流时电动机的功率因数曲线,测得励磁电流与总损耗的关系,得出电动机在实际运行中励磁电流的大小要通过实验确定的结论,以达到电动机运行时的功率因数高、电机与配电线路上的总损耗小、输出机械功率较大的要求.

Abstract:There are two main problems in the synchronous motor actual operation: one is that motor works in light load and the low excitation condition for a long time. The other is that the motor works in heavy load and the fixed high excitation condition long time. Regarding to the first problem, through the analysis of the synchronous motor V shape curve, we knew the active status of the motor is unreasonable, and further has discovered the reason of the excitation installment, and solved the trouble. Regarding to the second problem, the motor power factor curve was obtained from the different exciting current through the experiment, the relation of exciting current and the total loss is tested , in order to obtain the magnitude of exciting current of the motor in the actual operation, experiment is necessary, to achieve the request of high power factor, small total loss on the motor and the distribution line , and higher output mechanical power when the motor operates.
