海底光缆交越处理方法

摘    要:为了阐明海缆交越的工程处理方法,从海底光缆路由设计、桌面研究及海上勘察、交越施工三个方面总结其相应影响因素:海缆路由设计贯穿海缆交越处理全过程,影响因素包括交越角度、新建缆与被交越缆的缆型、交越点与水下设备距离、埋设区海缆交越施工工法及多条海缆交越,总结了各因素对被交越缆在长期运行、施工和维护的影响模式及对应解决方法;总结了桌面研究利用资料研究、实地走访的方式收集交越信息,阐明交越海上勘察的设备及测线布设方案;根据海缆施工特点,解释了海缆施工埋设犁及后冲埋工法的操作方式。此外,总结了海缆交越过程中需向被交越缆相关方发送三次交越通知,分别用作收集交越信息、确认勘察前交越方案和确认施工前交越方案。

Abstract:In order to explain engineering solution for submarine fiber optic cable crossing, the affecting factors of cable route design, desktop study and marine survey, marine installation are summarized. Cable route design affecting factors including cable crossing angle, cable type, distance from cable crossing point to submerged equipment, cable burial method and multiple cable crossings, which shall be considered through the whole cable crossing procedure. Their effect to cable long-term running, installation or maintenance safety and corresponding solutions are summarized and analyzed; Adopting archival research and site visit to collect cable crossing information at desktop study stage, equipment and method for cable crossing survey are summarized; Cable plough burial and post lay burial are explained according to submarine cable characteristics. In Addition, three cable crossing notifications shall be sent to crossed cable owner is also summarized. These notifications shall be sent at Desktop study, marine survey and installation stage respectively, for collecting cable crossing information, confirming marine survey or marine installation crossing solution.
