数据中心电力资源规划配置研究

摘    要:随着云计算、物联网和人工智能等信息技术的快速发展,各行各业对于数据存储及数据处理的需求度越来越高,数据中心作为数字经济的新型基础设施,其核心作用越来越突出,建设规模会进一步扩大。同时在“碳中和、碳达峰”的新时代背景下,对数据中心建设提出了新的要求。本文分析了主要地区数据中心的能耗情况和用能结构,系统分析中国数据中心向可再生能源转型的必要性以及主要途径,通过梳理国内电力资源分布和消耗情况,提出了数据中心规划选址和促进数据中心绿色转型的一些建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of cloud computing, the Internet of things, artificial intelligence and other information technology, there is a growing demand for data storage and data processing. As a new infrastructure of digital economy, the core role of data center is more and more prominent, and the construction scale will be further expanded. In the new era of peak carbon dioxide emissions, carbon neutrality, new requirements are put forward for the construction of data center. This paper analyzes the energy consumption and structure of data centers in major regions, and systematically analyzes the necessity and main ways of China"s data center transformation to renewable energy. By combing the distribution and consumption of domestic power resources, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the planning and location of data centers and promoting the green transformation of data centers.
