电信运营商中台架构体系探索

本文通过对中台的起源、内涵和分类分析,结合运营商实施中台战略的价值、意义,提出了电信运营商中台建设的必要性。总结提出了运营商传统系统的四大弊端,即缺乏自主研发能力、重复功能建设、协作成本高昂、业务缺乏沉淀,并指出通过中台建设可以避免四大弊端。本文以5G为例,为运营商构建了“后台要素+中台能力+前台创新”的5G行业产品体系。并分析了中台能力实施的难点,提出了建议策略。

The exploration of telecom operators

Based on the analysis of the origin, connotation and classification of Middle platform, combined with the value and significance of the implementation of the strategy of Middle platform, this paper puts forward the necessity of the construction of Middle platform for telecom operators. This paper summarizes and puts forward four disadvantages of traditional system of operators, that is, lack of independent research and development ability, repetitive function construction, high cost of cooperation, lack of business precipitation, and points out that four disadvantages can be avoided through the construction of middle platform. Taking 5g as an example, this paper constructs a 5g industry product system of "backstage elements + midrange capabilities + front-end innovation" for operators. At the same time, it analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the capacity of middle and Taiwan, and puts forward some suggestions and strategies.
