| 摘 要： | 介绍了某高层建筑沉降监测技术方案和数据处理方法，总结了该建筑沉降变化规律，分析了产生沉降变形的原因，进行了沉降预报，提出了治理方案。该方案对其它建（构）筑物的沉降监测、建筑设计、施工与管理有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | A technical scheme and data processing method for supervising and surveying the settlement or high-rise buildings are presented. It also summarizes the regularity of change of settlement and analyzes the reasons for settlement and deformation of the building. In addition, the forecast of settlement has been made and remedial measures has been raised. It is not only have some directive function to the building to be remedied, but also possess a cartain reference value to other buildings (or structures) with settlement observation, building design, construction and management. |
