华铸CAE软件在线试算系统的设计与开发

摘    要:铸造企业发展非常迅速,铸件的制造工艺也日趋复杂,在铸造企业中应用CAE技术是铸造生产实践的现实需要。以自主开发的华铸CAE集成系统为基础,采用三层应用结构和B/S模式研究和开发了华铸CAE在线试算系统。系统通过网络提供铸件试算模拟服务,推动CAE技术在铸造企业中的应用。

Abstract:The development of the foundries speeds up rapidly and the producing techniques of the castings become more and more complicated.It is practically needed that using CAE technology in the casting's manufacture.This paper uses three-layer structure and B/S mode to develop an Online Simulation System based on the InteCast software.The system provides castings simulation services through network and improves the application of the CAE technology in the foundries.
