基于中桥水库泵站水力机械设计

摘    要:中桥水库工程位于遵义市中心城区东北,该工程是遵义市两城区的主要水源工程。中桥泵站总装机4×2240 kW,扬程高、流量大,设计难度大,文章根据目前泵站设计要求结合工程具体情况进行优选设计,包括水库设计水位、设计扬程、机型选择、辅助设备的优选。对于高扬程水泵及其附属设备的选择,选择的优劣直接影响工程整个效益以及工程建成后运行的成本,因此必须在设计阶段做好比选。

Abstract:Zhongqiao reservoir is located in the northeast of Zunyi City,the main water source project of tow districts of Zunyi City.Pumping station installed capacity of 4 ×2 240 kW,high lift,large flow,so it is difficult to design.According to the design requirements and combined with the specific circumstances of the project pumping station design is optimized,including a reservoir design level,design head,type selection,auxiliary equipment.Selection for the pumping station of high head and auxiliary equipment will affect directly the whole project benefits and the operation cost after the project completion.Therefore,the optimal selection is very necessary in the project design stage.
