龚嘴水电站溢流堰面修补施工技术

摘    要:鉴于龚嘴水电站运行发电已40多年,溢洪道溢流面未进行过修补,作为常规溢洪道7~9号溢流面冲蚀磨损严重,局部已可见钢筋,介绍了溢洪道溢流面采用NE-Ⅱ型环氧砂浆修补施工技术,包括材料选取、围堰结构和架立、环氧材料修补施工工艺等。

Abstract:Gongzui hydropower station has been operated for more than 40 years. However, the overflow surfaces in its spillway have not been repaired. Actually, the No. 7 - 9 overflow surfaces in the ordinary spillway are of serious erosion and abrasion and reinforcing steel can be seen in some places. Construction procedure adopting the NE-Ⅱ epoxy mortar to repair the overflow surfaces is introduced, including the material selection, cofferdam structure and its erection, con- struction technique of the repairing work with epoxy material, and so on.
