泗阳第二抽水站综合自动化改造

摘    要:传统的泵站管理方式存在着诸如资料传递时效性差、管理手段落后、手动操作成份多且不能避免错误等问题,为实现对该站的全面自动控制,适应其反应迅速、决断科学精确的要求,对泗阳第二抽水站进行了综合自动化改造,主要包括泵站微机监控系统、辅助系统监控系统及主机设备专项监测系统的改造。实践应用表明,泵站微机监控系统的开发应用大大提高了管理部门对泵站管理的效率和水平,降低了管理成本,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:There are some problems in traditional pumping station management, such as no real- time data transmission, outdated management, low degree of automation and error ineluctability. In order to realize completely automation and to satisfy demands of rapid respond and accurate decision- making, Siyang No2. pumping station was executed integrative automatic improvement for PC system and supporting systems and RTU for main equipment. Actual practice indicated that development and application of PC monitoring system can enhance efficiency and level of pumping station management. Management cost was decreased and more economic and social benefit is obtained.
