| 摘 要： | 通过对丝素整理剂的制备及整理加工条件的研究确定了丝素整理剂的制备方法和最佳应用条件，同时对处理后织物折皱回复角、撕破强力和白度等进行分析。试验结果表明，丝素整理剂具有与2D树脂相似的耐久免烫整理效果，其耐水洗性、织物撕破强力保留率、柔软性和白度均好于2D树脂，可以在低温下与聚氨酯交联，节省能源，降低成本。

| Abstract: | The preparation and finishing condition of fibroin finishing agent are studied to decide preparing method and the best application condition. The properties of finished fabrics are analysed from the aspects of crease recovery angle, tearing strength and whiteness. The experiment results show that fibroin finishing agent has the same DP effect with 2D resin, and the properties of washing resistance, tearing strength reservation, softness and whiteness are better than 2D resin. The crosslinking with PU in low temperature saves energy and reduces cost. |
