基于红外光谱吸收原理的红外瓦斯传感器的实验

摘    要:针对目前传统瓦斯传感器的缺点,借鉴现有的红外气体分析器的设计思路,研制了基于红外光谱吸收原理的红外瓦斯传感器.它采用开腔气室结构及单光束双波长探测技术,在实验室里通过对不同浓度的甲烷气体进行测量得到了其浓度反演式.在实验测量中,当瓦斯浓度小于22%时,误差为0.1%;当瓦斯浓度超过22%时,误差小于1%.

Abstract:An infrared gas sensor based on infrared absorption spectrum theory was developed according to the technology of the commercial infrared gas analyzers,for there are some shortcomings in the conventional gas sensors. It was designed by using of single light beam and double wavelengths technology.The concentration back-induced formula was obtained through the measurement of variable concentrations of the methane gases in laboratory.It indicates that when the concentration of methane is below 22%,the error will be 0.1%;and when the concentration exceeds 22%,the error will be less than 1%.
