消除铝合金激光焊接缺陷与提高焊缝强度研究

摘    要:为消除LY12CZ铝合金激光焊接时焊缝中常见的气孔和裂纹缺陷,通过正交实验,优化了激光功率、扫描速度、保护气体流量等工艺参数,并采取适当的焊前预处理工艺。焊缝的金相分析和拉伸对比试验表明,在激光功率700W、扫描速度30mm/s、氩气流量10L/m in、刮刀刮削接头端面的焊接工艺条件下,焊缝内无气孔和裂纹缺陷,焊接试样的静拉伸强度达到了铆接试样抗拉强度的88.6%。这就为铝合金材料加工及维修实现以焊代铆,从而提高铝合金材料加工及维修的效率提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Through orthogonal experiment,laser power,scanning rate and gas flow were optimized and pretreatment techniques were adopted to cancel pore and crack in laser weld of LY12CZ.Metallographic analysis and tensile experiment show that under the condition of 700W laser power,30mm/s scanning rate,10L/min gas flow and scraping section of the welding samples,their tensile strength can reach 88.6% of riveting samples.This conclusion offers a gist for welding instead of riveting in order to improve process effciency of aluminum alloys.
