摘    要:采用有限元技术对镶齿牙轮钻头压齿力进行了计算,论述了81/2XHP3型钻头压齿力有限元模拟的关键技术与实现方法,建立了有限元计算模型,获得压齿力的变化规律。结果表明方法有实用价值。

Abstract:Adopting finite element methods,pushing down tooth force of cone bit was simulated and calculated. The key FEM techniques and methods of the 81/2XHP3 cone bit of pushing down tooth force were discussed. The FEM models were designed and the pushing down tooth force change was given.It was showed that the method is the practical value.
