大型薄壁筒体自动氩弧焊接技术

摘    要:针对铝合金大型薄壁筒体的全焊接结构,进行了自动焊接工艺的全过程设计。从乌克兰巴顿焊接研究所引进专用的自动焊接工艺设备,通过巴顿焊接研究所的独到技术,在预变形状态进行焊接,从而控制了焊接变形,保证了铝合金筒体长度为6290mm、直径为760mm、厚度为3~5mm的全焊接结构在半自动焊接后无需校形,即满足在l500mm的任意设计长度范围内,母线直线度〈1mm,全长〈4mm的产品需求。

Abstract:Aimed at whole welding structure of aluminium alloy big scale thin-wall shell, the paper did whole procedure design of automatic welding process. Inported device of automatic welding process from Barton institute of Ukraine, through the unique technology of Barton institute, did welding under the situation of predeformation, so as to control welding de formation, and ensure non-required calibrating of aluminium alloy of the weling structure with lengh 6 290 mm, diameter 760 mm, and thickness 3--5 mm after semi-automatic welding, so it met the requirments of generatrix straightness accuracy less than 1 mm and span less than 4 mm within the arbitrary scope 1 500 mm.
