摘    要:为了研究轴类零件光整加工时磨粒的轨迹是否影响加工效果,将车床改造为工件和工具轴线在空间交错的加3-系统。该加工系统可以使工件上的轨迹角度在±40。范围内变化,角度变化范围越大,加工效果越好。通过对工件转速、工具头转速、进给量3个因素做正交试验表明,在考察范围内3个因素加工工件的效果变化不大,加工效果稳定,工件上每个点的单位加工时间t。越长,表面粗糙度越小。

Abstract:Aimed at studying whether mill grain orbit has impacts on processing effects when finishing shaft parts, The machine tool was reformed into the work piece and the tool axis system in the interleaved processing space, it can produce orbit angle within _q-40~on a work piece, the more bigger of scope of angle, the more better of processing. Through studying orthogonal test to 3 factors, which are work piece rotate speed, the tool head of work piece rotate speed, and amount of feed, the data obtained suggest that and the system processing effect is relatively stable, and the unit processing time is more longer, the surface roughness is more smaller.
