家用电风扇扇叶模态分析

摘    要:简要介绍了模态分析的基本理论,建立了扇叶的有限元模型,利用ANSYS软件中的Workbench平台对该模型进行模态分析,得到了扇叶的固有频率和相应的模态振型,并分析了扇叶在各阶振型下的振动情况。通过对不同转速条件下电动机对扇叶的激励频率与扇叶的固有频率比较,分析了扇叶在5个挡位下的共振特性。

Abstract:The basic theory of modal analysis was briefly introduced, the finite element model was established. Through modal analysis of this model by workbench platform of ANSYS software, the natural frequency and corresponding modal shapes were found, the vibration conditions of fan blade were analyzed in various order vibration model. Through comparing the frequency of fan blade powered by electric motor under different speed conditions with the natural frequency of fan blade, the resonant feature of blade was analyzed in five shifts.
