摘    要:注水采油是油田开发的一种十分重要的生产方式,可以有效补充地层能量,对提高原油采收率起到了重要作用。油田广泛使用的高压注水离心泵机组是油田生产的重要设备,其运行状态直接关系到原油的稳产和高产,但是注水本身消耗了大量的能量。据统计,油田注水耗电量一般占油田总用电量的40%左右,所以提高注水泵运行效率、降低注水能耗、实现油田科学管理是非常必要的。

Abstract:Water injection is a very important mode of production in oil development of oilfield, it can effectively supply the formation energy and enhance oil recovery efficiency. High pressure water injection pump unit is a major oil field produc- tion equipment used widely in oilfield,its operation has direct relationship with the stable and high yield of crude oil, but the water injection itself consumes a lot of energy. According to statistics, oilfield water injection energy consumption occupy a bout 40 ~ of general total electricity consumption, so to improve efficiency, reduce the water injection pump injection energy consumption, implementation of scientific management is very essential.
