| 摘 要： | 在机械加工中，常常会碰到由复杂曲线变换后生成的曲面所构成的非圆曲面的加工，如椭圆曲面、正弦曲面、圆锥曲面和样条曲面等。利用数控机床的宏程序以及参数方程可以完成上述曲面的加工，但在普通铣床上完成椭圆加工则较为困难。本文以某重点产品椭圆曲面零件为例，描述了用普通设备完成椭圆曲面的铣削方法。

| Abstract: | In mechanical working process, the curved surface process witch transformed form complex curves always oc curred. For example, ellipse curved surface, sine curved surface, circular cone surface, slip curved surface, etc. By using the macro program and parameter equation function of the CNC machine tool, curve surface aforementioned can made. But on common machine tool, it＇s difficult to make ellipse curved surface, in this paper, took one of the main product of our company for example, described the method of making ellipse curved surface by common machine tool. |
