横向体外预应力加固混凝土空心板梁桥的结构响应研究

摘    要:横向体外预应力方法是一种加固原理简单、易于实际工程实现的加固方法。该加固方法能明显提高装配式混凝土空心板梁桥横向整体受力性能,增大板桥的横向刚度和板间联系,使得各板间的协同作用性能增强。针对某混凝土空心板梁桥实际工程,采用有限元方法,建立了加固前后的空心板梁桥空间计算模型,进行了横向体外预应力的模拟,并从挠度和荷载横向分布系数角度对横向体外预应力方法的加固效果进行了分析。通过实际数据对比分析可知,横向体外预应力加固效果良好,分析方法正确,研究结论可供混凝土空心板梁桥工程设计参考。

Abstract:Transverse external prestress consolidation principle is easily accepted and the consolidation technology has been expediently applied in practical engineering. It can obviously improve transverse mechanical performances of assembly concrete hollow board bridges and increase transverse stiffness and integral contacting, which makes the integral mechanical property enhanced. Through a practical concrete hollow board bridge, the computation models for the unconsolidated and consolidated bridges were built with element finite method and the transverse external prestress effects were simulated. The transverse external prestress consolidation effects were analyzed from the deformation and load transverse distribution coeffi- cient results, which indicated that transverse external prestress consolidation method is perfect and the analytical method is correct. The conclusions have reference value for the design of concrete hollow board bridges.
