铬基陶瓷复合镀层活塞环的摩擦磨损实验研究

摘    要:采用销盘式摩擦实验机考察了三种活塞环镀层:国外进口铬基陶瓷镀层、国产铬基陶瓷复合镀层和普通镀硬铬镀层的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明,国产铬基陶瓷复合镀层的活塞环具有优良的耐磨性能,基本达到了进口铬基陶瓷镀层的活塞环性能。

Abstract:Friction and wear characteristic of Piston Ring with Cr_2O_3 cermet coatings, Cr_2O_3 cermet composite coatings and Cr-planting coatings were experimentally studied by using a pin-on-disk test machine. The results showed that the Cr_2O_3 cermet composite coatings possessed well wear-resistance.
