故障树分析法在变电站通信系统可靠性分析中的应用

随着测控技术的电子化和信息化的发展,变电站通信系统的可靠性直接关系着变电站自动化水平.故障树作为系统失效分析和预测系统故障发生概率的有力工具,可应用于变电站通信系统的可靠性分析与预测.文章介绍了故障树分析法的基本原理及其定性和定量分析方法.结合变电站通信系统的特点,建立了变电站通信系统的失效模型,采用最小割集分析法进行了定性分析,以确定影响变电站通信系统失效的主要因素,针对变电站通信系统的常见拓扑结构定量分析了其有效度,说明了不同拓扑结构对通信系统可靠性的影响.应用故障树分析法,可以提高变电站通信系统的可靠性分析水平,并可作为新建变电站通信系统可靠性分析的理论依据.

APPLICATION OF FAULT TREE ANALYSIS METHOD IN RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF SUBSTATION COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

With the development of electronic and informational technology in Instrument & Control (I&C) area, the reliability of substation communication system (SCS) is playing an important role in the decision of the performance of SCS. As a powerful tool in system failure analyzing and system failure probability prediction, Fault tree analysis (FTA) can be applied in the reliability analysis and prediction of SCS. The basic concept of reliability theory, the principle of FTA method and the quantitative and qualitative ways to solve the reliability problem are described, and the failure models of SCS are abstracted in accordance with the characteristic of SCS. The main factors affecting the failure of SCS can be determined by qualitative analysis in which the minimal cut set analysis (MCSA) is used. For frequent topological forms of SCS the quantitative analysis is used to analyze their availabilities to illustrate the influence of different topological forms on reliability of SCS. Using FTA the analysis lever of SCS reliability can be improved and the results of the analysis can be used as the theoretical basis for the reliability analysis of newbuilt SCS.
