| Abstract: | By comparing the difference between vertical pouring and horizontal pouring,aiming at the more serious defects of air hole,slag inclusion and shrinkage porosity in the production of malleable cast iron pipe by vertical line,the causes of the defects are analyzed,and the defects of air hole,slag inclusion and shrinkage porosity in malleable cast iron pipe are solved by improving the structure of pouring system and exhaust mode. |
