高压共轨柴油轿车电控系统设计

摘    要:本文简要介绍了满足未来排放要求的柴油轿车的几种关键技术后,对基于高压共轨的柴油轿车电控系统进行了模块化设计,主要包括电控单元、传感器、执行器及多电控单元通信网络等.实验证明,所设计电控系统工作稳定、可靠,对于国内柴油轿车的自主开发具有一定参考价值.

Abstract:The paper briefly introduces key technologies of diesel car meeting the future emission, and high-pressure common rail fuel ejection technology is emphasized. Diesel car electronic control system is designed by modularization based on high-pressure common rail system, containing electronic control unit, sensor, actuator and communication network among electronic control units, etc. The experiments prove that the electronic control system works stably and has certain referring signification to domestic self-developing of diesel car.
