| Abstract: | Plasma science and technology are crossed science and technology with many branches of knowledge. Modern packaging industry offer a wide application prospects and new academic requirement for plasma science and technology. In recent years some plasma new technology have been applied in packaging industry such as plasma surface modification, plasma polymerization, plasma deposition films, plasma chemical vapor deposition, plasma sputtering technology and ion implantation technology. The research status and application prospects of plasma science and technology in packaging industry were reviewed. |
