| 摘 要： | 在装备采办中引入竞争对提高装备质量与采办效益有至关重要的作用;在对美军装备采办中引入竞争主要策略进行了比较分析的基础上,结合我军装备采办的实证分析,提出了在装备采办中引入竞争的启示;为我军在装备采办中引入竞争提供初步指导。

| Abstract: | In the equipment acquisition, introducing competition takes important effect on improving the equipment quality and acquisition benefit. Based on the comparative analysis of the main strategies in introducing competition in equipment acquisition of the US armed forces, and combining the demonstration analysis of the equipment acquisition in our army, the paper brings forward some inspirations about introducing competition in equipment acquisition and provides primary guidance. |
