摘    要:研究了冶炼工艺对钢力学性能的影响,特别是对钻铤用钢冲击性能的影响。分析了冶炼工艺对钢中P、S及夹杂物的控制水平,结果表明采用EBT+LF+VD+FW+IC工艺处理能有效控制钢中有害元素P、S及夹杂物,从而使钻铤用钢冲击韧性得到了明显改善。

Abstract:The effect of different steelmaking processes on mechanical properties of steel,especially on impact toughness of steel for drill color has been studied.Levels of controlling over phosphor,sulfur and inclusion in steel with different steelmaking processes are analyzed.Test results show that the process of "EBT LF VD FW IC" is the most effective of removing harmful elements in steel.This process can improve impact toughness of steel for drill color remarkably.
