摘    要:本文设计了一种用于白光LED驱动的电荷泵电路,可驱动4个白光LED,为彩屏LCD提供背景光源,单路最大输出电流20mA,采用数字调光方式,提供32级亮度输出。电路主要由数字调光、开关管、振荡器、带隙基准、温度保护、软启动电路等组成。本文详细讨论了其中的三大模块电路:数字调光、开关管、振荡器的电路结构、工作原理和性能特点。仿真结果表明,该电路功能与预期设计目标相符。

Abstract:In the paper,a charge pump circuit for white LED driver is introduced,which can drive four white LEDs,and is used to provide background bright source for LCD.The maximum output current of each channel is 20 mA,and the output can provide 32 levels brightness modulation.The circuit includes digital light modulation,switch,oscillator,bandgap,temperature protection,soft start,ect.The general structure,principle and features of three module circuits are discussed in detail,such as digital light modulation,switch,and oscillator.The simulation result shows that the circuit design can meet the expected objective.
