| 摘 要： | 用信号流图的方法设计了一种电流模式n阶CCCII多功能滤波器。通过选择不同的输入端口,可分别实现n阶低通、高通和带通滤波功能。该滤波器不仅电路结构简单,而且使用的元器件很少,所有的电容均接地,便于集成,且与VL-SI工艺兼容,PSpice仿真结果进一步证明了理论分析的正确性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a current mode n-order CCCII multifunction filter is presented.It can realize low pass,high pass and band pass function of the filter by choosing different input.The circuit has the characteristics of simple structure,minimum components,all the capacitors being grounded,more convenient integration and is compatible with VLSI technology.The results from PSPICE simulation show theoretical analysis is corrent. |
