冷轧无取向硅钢的磁晶各向异性能的模拟

摘    要:根据冷轧无取向硅钢的磁晶各向异性能与织构的关系,通过织构取向分布函数ODF程序的计 算,得到取向分布函数的C系数和磁晶各向异性能分布函数MDF的M系数,计算了0.004% C、0. 33% Si无取 向硅钢在宏观各个方向上的磁晶各向异性能。模拟结果表明,多晶体材料的织构影响磁晶各向异性能,当 {111}〈112〉织构组分密度较低时,磁晶各向异性能较小

Abstract:According to relation of texture - magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel, the C coefficient of orientation distribution function and M coefficient of magneto-crystalline energy distribution function MDF are obtained by calculation of texture orientation distribution function ODF program to calculate magneto-crystalline anisotropy eneiy of non-oriented silicon steel (0. 004C, 0. 33Si) at each macro direction. The simulation results show that the textures of polycrystalline materials influence magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy, and the lower {111}〈112〉 texture element density, the weaker magneto-crystalline anisotropy energy
