| 摘 要： | 北京市建设工程安全质量监督总站紧紧围绕工程安全质量这一核心,以加强监督执法力度,强化参建各方主体责任为主线,加快建立以安全巡查为主要手段,以行政执法为基本特征的工程质量安全监督模式,积极适应首都未来发展的建设工程质量监督执法新模式,进一步提高工程质量监督的科学性、公正性和权威性.

| Abstract: | Beijing construction engineering quality safety and supervision head station hold the engineering safety and quality firmly as the kernel,tack the strengthening the power of supervision and law execution and responsibility of joint parties as the important things,establish the engineering quality and safety supervision mode quickly which the basic property is administrative law execution,the main countermeasure is quality and safety go on a tour of inspection,explore the new mode of construction engineering quality supervision actively which is suitable for the capital development,improve the scientificity,equity and authority of the engineering quality supervision. |
