梳棉机锡林主分梳区配置形式的研讨

为提高梳棉机分梳能力,研究了梳棉机锡林主分梳区配置形式的问题.根据梳棉机的发展历程,归纳出锡林主分梳区的配置形式有6种,即:①全固定盖板；②全活动盖板；③全罗拉式；④盖板罗拉混合式；⑤后固定盖板加装活动盖板及前固定盖板；⑥双区盖板.对6种锡林主分梳区的配置形式进行了概述,提出了新型锡林五个分梳区的配置形式,即后固定盖板加装活动盖板、固定盖板、活动盖板及固定盖板,认为这可能促进梳棉机产量进一步提高,并对此进行了论证.

Finally, the feasibility of the configuration is described.
