钢管混凝土顶升施工技术在超高层结构中的应用

摘    要:目前,钢管混凝土结构以其优越的性能在超高层建筑中得到了普遍的应用,但是,钢管内部混凝土的浇注水平却影响着工程整体的施工质量,也在一定程度上制约着建筑结构设计目标的实现.本文以天津津塔为工程背景,简洁系统地阐述了泵送混凝土顶升工艺在超高层建筑施工中的控制要点.在运用该工艺完成施工后,经现场验收,达到规范要求并取得了良好效果,希望为类似工程提供一定的参考.

Abstract:Nowadays,the steel pipe reinforced concrete structure has been used widely in super high-rise building due to its superior performance.However the pouring technology within steel pipe has played an important role in the construction quality of the whole structure,also conditioned the realization of building structure design target.This paper take the Tianjin Jin tower project as the background,illustrated the control key points for jack-up technique of pumping concrete in construction of high-rise building.The project which using this technology pass the field acceptance test,and satisfied the code requirement and have an excellent effect,it can give definite reference for similar engineering.
