蒸养制度对干硬性混凝土抗压强度的影响

摘    要:以不同龄期的抗压强度为控制指标,研究了蒸养参数对干硬性混凝土抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:对干硬性混凝土而言,蒸养制度比较合理的两种:①静养时间3h、升温速率15℃/h、恒温温度60℃和恒温时间8h;②静养时间4h、升温速率15℃/h、恒温温度80℃和恒温时间6h。

Abstract:By testing compressive strength at different ages, the influence of steam-curing system on the strength of dry concrete was studied. The experimental results indicate that the steam-curing system: (1)procuring time for 3h, heating-up rate for 15℃/h, maximum temperature for 60℃, and temperature holding time for 8h ; (2)procuring time for 4h, heating-up rate for 15℃/h, maximum temperature for 80 ℃. and temoerature holding time for 6h is suitable on the dry concrete .
