钢筋混凝土构件超低温试验研究

摘    要:介绍了适用于钢筋混凝土构件及预应力钢筋混凝土构件低温试验的大型超低温冷库的构造及性能,并利用该设备进行了钢筋混凝梁的降温及保温试验。试验证明:使用该设备可以对钢筋混凝土构件进行有效的降温及保温(可降温至-100℃);随着降温试件的增多,降温时间会有一定的增加。

Abstract:The structure and performance of the large cryogenic-temperature storage for cooling reinforced concrete members and prestressed reinforced concrete members was described in this paper.Moreover,temperatu rereduction experiments and heat insulating experiments of reinforced concrete beams were carried out.Results of the experiments show that the storage is competent for the cooling and heat insulating task of reinforced concrete members and the temperature can be cooled down to-100℃.With more specimens to be cooled,more time is needed.
