粘钢加固混凝土的抗剪强度试验研究

摘    要:在采用不同界面剂和有无螺栓锚固的处理下,研究了钢板和混凝土试块界面粘结抗剪强度。试验包括12组互为对比的粘钢混凝土试块,分析了不同界面剂、有无螺栓锚固和龄期三种因素对粘结界面抗剪强度的影响。试验结果表明:界面剂的种类对界面粘结抗剪强度影响较大;螺栓锚固对采用不同的界面剂抗剪强度的提高效果不一;随着龄期的增长,有利于提高磷酸钾镁水泥试件组的界面粘结抗剪强度,但对另外两种界面剂试件组的抗剪强度影响不大。

Abstract:Based on the different interface agent and whether the split bolts anchoring,the paper study the adhesive shearing strength between steel and concrete blocks.The experiment consists 12 groups of mutually contrasting stick steel-concrete blocks,analysis the influence of the adhesive shearing strength for three factors of different interface agent,whether the split bolt anchorage and ages.The experimental results show that the type of interface agent is a greater impact of the adhesive shearing strength;split bolts anchoring that the enhancing effect of shear strength is different to adopt different interface agent;with the growth of the age,it help improve the interfacial bond shear strength of potassium magnesium phosphate cement specimens,but it has little effect on the shear strength of the other two interface agent specimen group.
