Exact forming technology has been critical in improving products capability and quality, as well as market compatibility. In this paper, once forming technique of carused dynamotor claw-pole is developed over exact plastic forming technique, the widely used FEM analysis method is used during research process, the developing costs are reduced, and the research methods are enriched.
